These are undoubtedly challenging times for everyone in the world. Yet, there is a way to address our inner conditions at this time. What is happening in our world, our countries, our cities, and our towns is not simple. So do not expect a simple solution.
I am speaking here of our own private spiritual practice. Amid the heartbreaking headlines, uncertainty for the future, and the inconveniences in our lives, we can create clear directives on how to go about each day.
Nevertheless, how does one speak of spiritual practice in such unprecedented circumstances? We have to weigh every word we utter. Our methods have to address the anxiety and depression that is the result of so much uncertainty. No superficial practice will cut it.
There is no time like this to develop our own practice to the next level and within these current circumstances, and in ways that can genuinely help ourselves and others. Begin with this presentation on “Knowing Where Your Power Lies.”
Blessings to you, Russill! So good to see and hear you again. ❤️
Thank you, Peggy:) Be safe and healthy
Thank you, Russill, for your empathy for our sense of helplessness at this time. Your teaching of enlarging our perspective and exercising and embracing our power and purpose by taking some small action every day does give us a way to participate in a push-back against this pandemic. Thank you for giving us bite-size pieces to contribute to the efforts of so many others. Your support is a “vaccine” against the darkness. Be well.
